Dr. Patricia Lennon - Director of Education Dr. Lennon started her career as a public school teacher and worked her way up to school psychologist, director of special services, principal and superintendent of schools. She received her Montessori training at St. Christopher’s Academy in 1999 and 2000. In June, 2006 she retired from public school education to follow her dream of starting a Montessori School. She holds a masters degree in educational psychology, a professional diploma in school psychology and a doctorate in educational administration and supervision. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her current position of Educational Director of AMMA. She lives in Montvale and has raised two of her own children. |

Mr. Michael Paisner - Director of Operations and Finance
Michael Paisner has worked in engineering, sales/marketing and business operations his entire career. He has degrees in Chemistry, Industrial Technology and Law from Northeastern University and Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Since moving to Old Tappan NJ eleven years ago, he and his wife Beverly, an RN, have been dedicated volunteers and officers on the Old Tappan First Aid Corps. Mike is a certified Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Instructor who has trained and will continue to train the entire AMMA staff. |

Fay Formosa - Teacher
Fay has a Business Degree and initially worked for Bloomingdale’s in the buying office. When Fay’s third child entered nursery school at the YWCA she volunteered in the “Mommy and Me” class and eventually led the class as the Head Teacher. From there she became Head Teacher in the Toddler’s class and went back to school for her Child Development credentials. After that Fay went on to teach Pre-K for ten years. She is presently working on a degree in American Sign Language and is pursuing her credentials in Montessori Education at CMTE. Fay and her family live in Washington Township. |

Waseekah Rizwan - Teacher Waseekah received her AMI (Association of Montessori International) credentials from Havlocks Gardens Montessori School in Sri Lanka where she taught Montessori to six-year-olds for three years. She has also pursued her AMS (American Montessori Society) credentials where she completed her classroom instruction at the West Side Montessori School in New York City. Waseekah and her family including her three children live in Mahwah where she has home schooled her young children in Montessori. |

Sumana Roy - Teacher Sumana holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Comparative Literature. She received her Montessori certification from infancy to six years of age from the London Montessori School and has taught Montessori for three years. Sumana has had experience in Special Education classes also including children with Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. Sumana lives with her family in Waldwick including her daughter who is a Montessori child. |

Kamani Sullivan - Teacher Mrs. Kamani Sullivan is in our Toddler room (Mr. Fred Rogers Room) and has had three years previous experience with toddlers using the Montessori methodology. She received her training from CMTE (Center for Montessori Teacher Education) at the College of New Rochelle in New York. Kamani lives with her husband and daughter in Valley Cottage, New York. |
